My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, just a few steps from the escalators leading to the city center, making it very convenient for exploring Siena and its surroundings. The rooms, though fairly small, offered a sort of terrace overlooking a garden, which was a nice touch. However, the air conditioning unit was very noisy and gave off an old, musty odor.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and cozy, with a lovely terrace overlooking a garden. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs, even moving us to a room with a new and efficient air conditioning unit. The location couldn't be better, just steps away from the escalators up to the city center. The dining options were good but slightly limited. Overall, a fantastic value for money.
